Ongoing opportunities do not have an end date and are readily available with few time constraints. They are often skills-based and are perfect for individual development. Additionally, these opportunities allow volunteers to assist with a crucial need in the community, help to build capacity for agencies, and enable the volunteer to build a relationship with the recipient organization.
Please note that while most of these opportunities give the volunteer the flexibility to work from home, a few may require the volunteer to be present on site. Also, as some needs require training, a commitment of at least 6 months may be requested.
Volunteers needed to assist in resale store with sorting donations, pricing, hanging clothes, displaying donations, or running the register.
The resale store is open Tuesday-Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. The store is closed to shoppers on Monday, but we receive and sort donations. We are happy to have your help any time we are here!
