Let's Celebrate: Teacher's Appreciation Week!

Description

Let's show these hard-working teacher's some love this week as they come to the HUB to shop for themselves and their families. There will be clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and many accessories for them to shop from.

Date: May 5th - 7th, 2026

Location: Northwestern Legends Elementary, 2100 W 45th St, Jacksonville, FL 32209

Shifts: 

  • 9am - 2pm 
  • 3pm - 5pm

Tasks Include:

  • Giving directions for specific sizes
  • Assisting with shopping
  • Keeping merchandise restocked
  • Helping with clean up

*Required*:

  • After signing up through the United Way Portal, volunteers are required to officially register their interest in accordance with Duval County Public Schools policy. Register here before volunteering: Volunteer Form
  • All volunteers must bring a valid photo ID
