The 1st Step Inc. is seeking a creative and encouraging volunteer to help guide a relaxed painting session for moms during our Her Art Her Way event.
This is not a formal art class. The goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where women can express themselves through painting and creativity.
The volunteer facilitator will welcome participants, provide a brief introduction to the activity, and offer light guidance and encouragement while allowing each participant the freedom to paint whatever they feel inspired to create.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys art, creativity, and helping others feel comfortable expressing themselves.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Provide a short welcome and introduction to the painting activity
- Encourage participants to express themselves creatively
- Offer simple guidance if someone needs help getting started
- Help maintain a positive, relaxed atmosphere during the session
