The Event Setup & Breakdown Crew is responsible for the physical preparation and takedown of event spaces to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all attendees. This team plays a vital role in the success of events by ensuring all materials, equipment, and structures are properly assembled, positioned, and later removed or stored.
Key Responsibilities:

Setup Duties:
-
Unload event materials and supplies from transport vehicles.

Set up tents, tables, chairs, stages, signage, and other event infrastructure according to site layout plans.

Assist vendors or staff with booth or station setup as needed.

Conduct safety checks on all assembled structures and equipment.

Breakdown Duties:

Safely disassemble and pack tents, tables, chairs, and equipment.

Return all supplies to designated storage or transport vehicles.

Ensure the event site is clean, clear of debris, and left in its original condition.

Report any damages or missing items to the event coordinator.

General Duties:

Arrive on time and maintain a professional and cooperative attitude.

Follow instructions from the Event Coordinator or Team Leader.

Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment.
-
Uphold safety procedures and assist with crowd flow or hazard reduction as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs.
-
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
