This Day of Action, join us to revitalize and beautify the HUB at Kings Road. Volunteers are needed to clean, beautify and for heavy duty landscaping around the HUB. Volunteers will need to be able to lift/pull up to 50 pounds, use hand tools to install landscape edging, and complete other outdoor tasks. You’ll be using gardening tools to lay down rock mulch, haul materials with wheelbarrows or dump carts, and assist with general clean-up by tossing debris into dumpsters. This is a hands-on, heavy-duty project—perfect for teams or individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and make a visible impact!
Beautification projects are more than aesthetics; they're about fostering pride, dignity, and a sense of community. Your hands can make New Town bloom. Let's cultivate a brighter, greener future together!
The HUB's mission is to provide needed resources to Kings Ridge and adjacent communities, such as education and training that help the community thrive, and to build a sense of purpose for the individual. By creating and implementing plans that promote self-sufficiency and empowerment through resources.
