We are the source for patients, their families and their healthcare providers to find answers to their advanced illness challenges. Haven provides Advance Care Planning, Palliative Care Consultations as well as comfort through the compassionate delivery of Hospice Services. Volunteers play an important part in providing services and programs that enhance the care that is given to every patient and care giver.
