Who We Are
Hart Felt Ministries, launched in 2003, is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving the independence of senior citizens. Hart Felt's mission is to honor God by enriching the lives of seniors and enabling them to age in place with dignity and grace.
What We Do
Hart Felt Ministries offer hour programs to seniors in our community. They include Companionship (friendly visits, grocery shopping, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping, laundry, telephone reassurance, respite care, yard work, and advocacy); Fall Prevention (building wheelchair ramps and installing grab bars and railings); The Hart Fund (help with critical needs and minor home repairs); and the Transportation Program (improving access to medical care and groceries).
