Who We Are
Hubbard House is a domestic violence service center, serving families in Duval and Baker counties. Founded by volunteers in 1976, we provide safety and empowerment for survivors, while working toward social change. Our vision is “Every Relationship Violence-Free”.
What We Do
Hubbard House provides emergency shelter and outreach services to survivors, including children, under a model that focuses on survivor empowerment. Our 24/7 confidential hotline number is 904-354-3114. Services offered to survivors include counseling, safety planning, job assistance, childcare, housing help, educational resources, and free access to basic needs.
