Who We Are

The NAACP is the oldest civil rights organization in the U.S. Our local branch in Clay County, FL works to ensure equal rights and opportunities for all citizens. We lead on advocacy, education, legal support, voter engagement, community alliances, and youth development.

What We Do

We show up for our community. Our branch focuses on protecting civil rights, strengthening local families, and creating real opportunities for people in Clay County. We run voter education and registration efforts, support youth development, provide advocacy when residents face discrimination, and partner with local leaders to address issues in housing, education, health, and public safety. We stay active in the community through service projects, outreach events, and programs that help people understand their rights and stay engaged. Our work is centered on equity, accountability, and making sure every voice in our community is heard.
