LIFE is a leadership development utility and community that functions in three developmental domains:

1. Development of Self
2. Developmental Networks
3. Advocacy

LIFE is a leadership development utility for academic and community advocates. We believe:

• Leader/Leadership Development is inspiration and influence, and begins with self
• Everyone wants matter, to be accepted, to learn, to contribute, and to be recognized.
• Everyone has the capacity to be better tomorrow than they were yesterday and it is leaderships’ responsibility to nurture that development.
