The mission of UCI is to counter profit led gentrification by revitalizing the Urban Core of Jacksonville FL through partnerships with community stakeholders and residents as a means of increasing home ownership and unifying community investment. 

We link our community residents to auxiliary services which includes: Financial Literacy, Credit Counseling, and Mental Health Services to ensure success as homeowners, and leaders in their family and community.
