Springfield Preservation and Revitalization

The mission of SPAR is to ensure Historic Springfield is a preferred place to live and do business by leading programs that drive the preservation, revitalization, and balanced growth of our community.

SPAR, a 501c3 tax-exempt non-profit organization, has served as a resource and advocate for our community since 1974. We facilitate improvements in quality-of-life and work to preserve the unique character of our neighborhood, engaging with city leaders and law makers, hosting popular public events, and helping residents directly.
