Who We Are

Harriet Tubman Freedom Fighters (HTFF) is cutting-edge grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. HTFF is one of Florida's premier organizations with a vision for marginalized communities to become self-actualized and overcome social exclusion to the point where they are full members of American society. Through organizing, advocacy, coalition building, and systems-level policy change, HTFF seeks to address the longstanding injustices in housing, health, voting & human rights,

What We Do

We engage in multiple activities that fall under the following 4 primary pillars:

1.  Social and economic Justice allows us to create opportunities for all to thrive.

2,  Civic education and engagement outreach are primarily conducted in marginalized communities.

3.  Youth Community Crusaders train youths to become productive citizens.

4.  We provide Goggle Career Profession scholarships and offer digital skills workshops.

We encourage all eligible citizens to be politically engaged in decision-making on issues that matter to them and their communities. We collaborate with other organizations to dismantle systems of oppression facing Black and brown marginalized communities, such as mass incarceration, criminal justice system, police and official's accountability. We fight to change the narrative around the criminal justice system, and justice-impacted citizens.
