Welcome The St. Johns Cultural Council is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency committed to promoting St. Johns County as a premiere arts destination where the lives of both residents and visitors are enriched through arts and culture. Through our many programs, we assist local artists and arts organizations through grants, professional development programs, marketing and promotional support.
