It's been a tough year for the children, especially in hard-hit neighborhoods like Jacksonville's Historic Eastside. Help bring a little light and make a child's Halloween spooky, safe, and fun at Historic Eastside's Fall Festival! This enjoyable event will have vendors, candy, and activities on 4 blocks of A. Philip Randolph focused on giving the children and families in Eastside and wonderful and safe Halloween/Fall Celebration experience. We need volunteers to help set up, break down, man activities, and be general helping hands for the duration of the event.
