Our 16th Annual Tom Coughlin Jay Fund’s Wine Tasting Gala is on March 6th from 6-9:30 at Wells Fargo, downtown Jacksonville (1 Independent Dr). This event goes a long way in helping our mission of financially, emotionally and practically supporting local families facing childhood cancer. Typically, we sell out in advance of the event and expect to have between 900-1000 guests attending. We are seeking additional volunteers to help with the set up during the day and the venue replenishment/logistics for the evening. We have the beginning of a great group yet would be wonderful to add some others. (Volunteers must be 21.)
This shift will help with the venue replenishment/logistics. Working alongside our Team Leader Mace and others, they keep all the vendors areas stocked with whatever is needed: utensils, napkins, plates, ice...they keep the water bins filled up; they help in a variety of needs that arise.
The evening shift will be well fed! When there is down time, they are welcome to sample the offerings.
It's a great opportunity to be there without having to buy a ticket! And the beauty of helping the Jay Fund raise funds for families tackling childhood cancer.
