After each Meet ALICE Experience simulation, our simulation kits need to be reorganized. The pieces have become mixed up, and we need volunteers to help sort and place them back into their correct packaging and order. Your assistance will ensure that our simulations run smoothly and effectively. You will be notified when opportunities to rebuild are available.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities
Sorting Materials: Identify and categorize all simulation components such as role cards, instruction sheets, simulation pieces, etc.
Repackaging: Place the sorted items back into their designated packaging, ensuring everything is in the correct order.
Inventory Check: Help check for missing or damaged items and note any that need replacement.
Organization: Arrange kits neatly to make setup for future events quick and efficient.
