This MLK Weekend of Service, join us on Saturday, January 18, as we unite with community partners and neighborhood residents to make a lasting impact in Duval County. Together, we'll focus on neighborhood revitalization, basic needs, and financial well-being in Eastside, North Riverside, Robinson's Addition and New Town. 
Groundwork Jacksonville understands that neighborhood blight creates deep negative impacts on afflicted communities. Blighted properties can decrease surrounding property values, tear away at the health of local housing markets, pose safety hazards, and reduce local tax revenue.
Start the day with an energizing kickoff at the Historic Ritz Theater and Museum, then volunteers will clean, beautify, and landscape Robinson's Edition's streets. Help cut grass, remove weeds, edge, prune, plant, and clear away debris to enhance the living environment for the residents in this vulnerable neighborhood.
