10th Annual Connecting the Dots Conference

Description

Connecting the Dots is a full day conference of education, resources, and connection for families, caregivers, professionals, educators, advocates, self-advocates, and community leaders serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, development delays, medical complexities, and lifelong supports.

North Florida School of Special Education is a sponsor of the 10th annual CTD Conference and seeks volunteers to support:

Parking: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (3 to 5 people in Rain or Shine) - be outside and direct vendors while unloading, and direct them to the back parking area. This is so important, since the conference is on disabilities and services; attendees will far exceed the 8-10 spots Schultz Center has designated.

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM: Room Assistants/Monitors (10 - 15) All day: Room monitors help presenters during their 55-minute sessions, they hand out copies, make sure attendees sign in, and give that important 10 minute warnings when presentation time is up)

8:00 AM - 3:30 - Conference Connectors: (3-5) Hold the conference layout and room assignments and help direct attendees to the right places.
