Clothing Giveaway Assistants

Here’s what we’ll need help with during the event:

• Setup: Arranging tables, organizing clothing by size/category, and preparing the space before families arrive
• Sorting & Restocking: Keeping items neat and replenished throughout the event
• Assisting Families: Helping moms find items, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment
• Check-In/Sign-In: Greeting guests and helping with basic information
• Breakdown: Packing up remaining items and cleaning up the space after the event
The event time is from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, and we will need volunteer assistance starting from 11:30am to help with set up and to also assist with breakdown of the event. The address is Bradham Brooks Library Multipurpose Room - 1755 Edgewood Avenue West, Jax FL 32208
