Volunteer: Partnership & Outreach ManagerThe Position: At Travel Unity, the Partnership & Outreach Manager is a TU representative and liaison with Colleges, Schools, Youth Organizations and Corporates. The Partnership & Outreach Manager is generally responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the aforementioned entities. In addition, the Partnership & Outreach Manager has a vital role in ensuring the success of TU Youth Summit as well as the Global Scholars program, by working closely with respective team coordinators. Responsibilities: Establish relationships with new partners i.e. Colleges, Schools, Youth Organizations and Corporate Research partners, identify key players and generate interest amongst partners for TU activities Identify ways to increase program participation within existing partner network Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership Proactively and continuously work with respective coordinators to make TU Youth Summit and TU Global Scholars programs an ongoing success Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships Provide program expertise and ensure knowledge sharing of best practices with other stakeholders Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internallySkills Required: Excellent relationship building ability, including the ability to cultivate professional partnerships with internal and external contacts Aptitude for connection, enrollment and negotiation Ability to create and deliver client presentations

The People Manager is generally responsible for creating an volunteer-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, volunteer retention and development, and high performance. The People Manager will be working closely with the Y&C Operations Manager, Senior Recruiter, and the Senior Training and Development Coordinator. Primary responsibilities will be to create, implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization. This role provides supervision and direction to staff and often works in conjunction with the other departments. Responsibilities: Oversee Communications, including Marketing and basic PR Newsletter & membership engagement Creation and posting of tagged social media posts Audit and edit copy on Travel Unity website Event collateral Lead development, implementation, and execution of a strategic marketing plan Work with People Operations Department to vet and onboard new team members in the Marketing Team Work with Travel Unity Team, Speakers, Alliance members, Youth Program participants, etc. to tell their stories through different platforms (standard marketing, annual report, possible webinars) Plan, create, and send monthly newsletter via Mailchimp Plan, create, and send email blasts via Mailchimp every two weeks Plan, create, and send quarterly Digital Magazine Lead weekly marketing meetings Ensure latest content reflects on website Ensure latest content reflects on social media platformsSkills Required: A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Experience using WordPress Experience using MailChimp Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Google Drive or related software Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
