The Jacksonville Human Rights Commission operates pursuant to federal and state statutory authority, Chapters 60, 402 (Equal Employment Opportunity), and 408 (Fair Housing) of the City of Jacksonville ordinance Code, and applicable rules, regulations, and case law thereunder.
What We Do
The Jacksonville Human Rights Commission handles all discriminatory complaints for employment, housing, and public accommodations for the city of Jacksonville/Duval County.
