Home Team Student services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is focused on empowering and developing student athletes in a holistic manner to ensure their success on the field and off the field. Our mission is to change the culture of high school sports into an environment that is conducive to success beyond the playing field. We focus on working with athletes, parents, and coaches to better assist our students as they move on to the next stages of life after high school. Many athletes are across our nation are incredible on the field, but like the character, support, and life skills to be successful in college and in the workplace. Home Team’s passion is to ensure these student athletes are prepared mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Home Team Student Services works with student-athletes in Duval County to provide resources and support that promote their academic success, athletic development, and personal growth. The organization focuses on: • Academic Support: Tutoring and guidance to help student-athletes excel in school while balancing their sports commitments. • Mentorship: Connecting students with mentors who offer advice on athletics, academics, and life skills. • Wellness Resources: Providing mental health, nutrition, and fitness support tailored to the unique challenges of student-athletes. • Career and Leadership Development: Preparing student-athletes for life beyond sports through workshops, internships, and leadership training. • Community Building: Creating a network of support among peers, coaches, and families to foster a sense of belonging and teamwork
