Ongoing opportunities do not have an end date and are readily available with few time constraints. They are often skills-based and are perfect for individual development.  Additionally, these opportunities will allow volunteers to assist with a crucial need in the community, will help build capacity for agencies. and will allow the volunteer to build a relationship with the recipient organization.
